step 1: assessment
This takes place over the course of 2 weeks beginning with a Deep Dive of the Client's business. The purpose of the Deep Dive is to gather vital information as seen and reflected through the prism of The Adaptive Key. The Adaptive Key assesses the Client's:

step 2: Planning
Following the Deep Dive, The Adaptive Key creates an agile or hybrid project roadmap which will guide the journey toward growth. The roadmap could include:​
Product Backlog Planning
The product backlog serves as our menu of goals to achieve within our project and is broken down into action driven 'Sprints'.

Risk Assessment
The risk assessment includes all of the risks - positive or negative - which could conceivably alter the course of the project roadmap.

Budgeting
Prior to embarking on new projects, it is mission critical to gain a clear understanding of expected costs and keep a contingency budget available based on the risk assessment.
Sales & Marketing Plans
In order to achieve our goals we develop customized sales & marketing plans which will serve as the tools needed to drive growth.
step 3: management
The Adaptive Key offers ongoing project management and execution services such as:
Daily Stand Up with key stakeholders
Focus collectively and intensely on your growth plan, making certain that all of the key stakeholders are executing their role on a daily basis and identify any roadblocks which could prevent the team from staying on schecdule.

Backlog Grooming
Following each sprint we will review the Product Backlog and identify the next story points (tasks) to execute in the next sprint.

Sprint Retrospective
Following each sprint we meet with the stakeholders to review the results of the previous sprint and make any adjustments necessary to improve our performance during the next sprint.

Active Participation
The Adaptive Key can execute any tasks required by the client as part of the Client's team.
