Jonathan Soniker

Jonathan has managed The Adaptive Key team and business operation at the company since 2012. His deep understanding of critical business issues is geared toward achieving extraordinary growth and success for The Adaptive Key's clients. Prior to this, he spent 7 years managing the Business Development department at a leading brand management and licensing company in New York City where he helped establish relationships and partnerships and worked with a number of leading companies including Time Inc., Fremantle Media, CVS, Walgreen’s, Macy’s, QVC and BJs Wholesale Club.

AJ's background is in Management Consulting, with a specialty in Operations and Business Development. He has worked on organizational development projects with clients such as Google, Nationwide, and Live Person.

In addition, AJ has owned and operated several different small businesses in the logistics and consulting industries.

robert Soniker

Robert’s background is in the real estate industry having worked with retail tenants on new location acquisitions and promotional in-store grand opening campaigns. Robert has owned and managed The Adaptive Key since 2012 and has since managed millions of dollars of traditional and digital advertising campaigns on behalf of small to medium sized business owner clients to Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, Robert has worked on client campaigns and with tenants such as AIG, Mars, CVS, Dollar Tree, Subway, and Metro PCS. Robert is an attorney admitted in the State of New York.
